I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?
      You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email include:
      1. Your order number
      2. Name on the order
      3. Email the order was made with
      4. Your request and new shipping address.

Do I have to pay Customs and VAT?
      For Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by district and we are unable to calculate this in advance. It is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
      Taxes will vary from district to district, as will tax enforcement. At any rate, this is an extremely common issue for districts. For folks that are especially upset or feel they were unlawfully taxed, we recommend they contact their customs office to file a dispute.

Do you ship?
      Yes! We ship worldwide.
      Packages leaving will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination district. Once the packages reach their destination, they are handed over to the district's local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that orders can take up to weeks to be delivered.
