All limited edition, discounted, and brand collaboration products are final sale (no returns, no exchanges) - Any exemptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of us.
Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
Our online return policies only apply to orders placed online.
Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will also refund your original shipping charge. Please contact us with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
